Medical Conditions NOT suitable

Remote medical care has many benefits. However, it can not replace the services of your registered GP. We can not review anyone who is likely to need a physical examination and EBISU should never be used in a medical emergency.

Below are examples of conditions that are NOT suitable for EBISU Health

(this list is not exhaustive).

  • Chest Pain

  • Breathing Difficulty

  • Severe Blood Loss that will not stop

  • Severe allergic reactions especially if there is facial swelling, mouth swelling or breathing difficulty

  • Sudden confusion or disorientation

  • If you think you may be having a stroke

  • If you have experienced any loss of consciousness

  • If you have had a seizure

  • We are also not appropriate for injuries as they will usually require a physical examination

Call 999 immediately if you or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke. Every second counts.

Call 999 if you think someone has suffered a major injury e.g. a serious road traffic accident, stabbing, shooting, fall from a height, or a serious head injury.
